It’s transition time. Kids are back in school, work is ramping up as everyone returns from vacation, and many clients feel scattered, overwhelmed, and anxious. It’s what I’ve learned to expect each September, and I’ve got a simple tip to help you stay grounded!
Quick Tip: Anchor Yourself in the Now
Whenever you walk through a doorway, pause, take a deep breath, and bring yourself back to the present. Leave behind what you were just doing and consciously move forward into what is next. These tiny resets can weave calm and presence into your day, no matter how chaotic things get.
