One-on-One Coaching

Private coaching is a space created entirely around you. Together, we explore what’s keeping you stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. We create tools and strategies that fit your real life, your nervous system, and the way you naturally move through the world. This work is supportive, practical, reflective, and deeply personalized to what you need most. Some clients come to me during burnout. Some during life transitions (layoffs, breakups, new babies, grief). Some because anxiety has been running their life for years, and they are tired of spiraling. You don’t have to wait until things fall apart to get support.

Workshops & Webinars

Throughout the year, I offer workshops and online classes focused on anxiety relief, emotional regulation, mindfulness, nervous system support, ADHD overwhelm, intuition, and creating more peace in everyday life. These experiences are designed to be accessible, practical, and immediately useful, even if you feel mentally exhausted or emotionally overloaded. You’ll leave with tools you can actually use, not just information you forget by tomorrow.

Some of the deepest healing happens when you slow down and are held in a cocoon where you don’t need to worry about anything. My retreats and in-person gatherings are designed to help you step out of survival mode and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way through reflection, nature, nervous system support, mindfulness, connection, and intentional rest. These spaces are warm, nurturing, grounded, honest, and deeply human. No pretending. No performing. No need to have it all together. Just space to breathe and begin again.
