I'm so glad you're here.

Many of the beliefs we carry about success, worth, responsibility, and who we need to be were learned long before we were old enough to choose them.

This month is an opportunity to gently explore those inherited stories and create space for something new.

Not through effort.

Not through fixing.

But through awareness.

Because often the moment we recognize a pattern, we begin to loosen its grip.

There is nothing you need to prepare.

No journaling prompts.
No homework.
No need to figure anything out beforehand.

Simply come as you are.

Bring your curiosity.

Bring your willingness to notice.

Bring whatever version of yourself is showing up that day.
